The conversation opened with a wide-ranging personal exchange between James and Gaia Warriors about psychedelic experiences, ego death, and the nature of consciousness. James shared the origin of his psychedelic owl artwork, inspired by a salvia experience, while Gaia recounted profound journeys with changa, mimosa-derived DMT, and bufo, describing the latter as a complete ego death and merger with unity consciousness (07:15).
The dialogue evolved into a meaningful philosophical foundation for the project itself — the importance of approaching death and dissolution as portals rather than endings, and the value of integrating these expanded perspectives into daily life and collaborative work.
Gaia emphasized a core principle shaping the Gaia Warriors movement (13:05): the intentional shift from "my" to "our" language, inspired by her friend Unity Grace. She framed Gaia Warriors as a collective movement rather than a personal project, noting that ego-attachment is what blocks meaningful collaboration in most ventures.
James resonated deeply, sharing how this same insight drove him from architecture into digital design — frustrated by ego-driven hierarchies and inspired by philosophy, meditation, and intersubjectivity. He offered the metaphor of individuals as "fruiting bodies of the mushroom" — visible expressions of a deeper, shared substrate (16:30). Gaia extended the metaphor, citing how mycelial networks communicate globally to solve novel problems, modeling the kind of collective intelligence the platform aspires to cultivate.

Gaia has been editing interview content for the resource library and asked for a refresher on the Claude + Airtable workflow (11:34). James offered expanded team support to lighten the load:
This reframes directory population as a collaborative effort rather than resting solely on Gaia's shoulders.
James shared an early-stage mockup of the directory site, currently showing sample profiles for Nevada City (20:44). Key observations:
James walked Gaia through connecting Claude [tag="claude"] to Airtable [tag="airtable"] for automated directory population (22:55).
James ran two test queries against the live base:
Gaia confirmed the description quality: "Could not have written a better description myself" (37:06).
[technology="CRM System Templates"]
Gaia clarified that restaurant listings should only include organic, farm-to-table, or ethically sourced establishments (33:00). Claude responds well to specific natural-language criteria, so prompts can be refined per category.
Claude is not strong at sourcing images, so the workflow remains manual (37:23):
James demonstrated capturing a Heartwood banner image directly from Google Maps and pasting it into Airtable.
Gaia is prioritizing the creation of a vision video as the primary launch vehicle (19:11). She feels the channeled message at the heart of Gaia Warriors will resonate most powerfully through video, and she has the script and pieces ready — estimating one week of focused work to produce it. The video will anchor the ambassador call and invite collective participation.
She also reflected on the tension between hustle work and project work, noting that once initial traction allows her to focus full-time on Gaia Warriors, momentum will accelerate significantly.

Establish content coordination infrastructure and begin populating website content, community directory, and knowledge base. Central hub is shared Google Doc with tabbed structure - one tab per website page - mapping what content is needed, what needs writing, and what's already available.
Airtable CRM setup for community directory: James built table structure and recorded Loom walkthrough for Tess. Nevada City/Grass Valley being built as baseline dataset. Claude integration now fully demonstrated and operational for automated data import - passing existing spreadsheets/Google Docs to Claude to map and populate fields automatically, plus conduct research to fill missing details like website descriptions or category tags (29:00).
Workflow validated through live demonstration: Healers and organic restaurants in Nevada City successfully populated with addresses, websites, Instagram handles, and AI-generated descriptions confirmed by Gaia as publication-quality (37:06). Image workflow established: logos via screenshot from websites/Instagram, banner images via Google Maps business listings which frequently have higher-quality photography (37:23).
Tess bringing proven workflow from indigenous tribes index project (~6,000+ entries built using Claude) - Claude significantly more reliable than other AI tools for structured research (01:20:24). This same methodology applies to populating healer profiles, organization descriptions, and event details.
iStock library credits (41 available) being used to source nature-based stock video and photography aligned with established aesthetic direction - reishi mushrooms, spirals, wood grain, rippling water, stone arches, membranes.
Content types being coordinated: Website page copy, member/organization profiles for directory, indigenous tribe profiles and elder interviews, launch event details, brand story and mission statements. New team support becoming available: project manager being interviewed, Lauren returning to help with research and image sourcing (12:10).
Build searchable member directory to help Gaia Warriors members find and connect with each other. Directory is central to May launch vision and serves as the heart of the discovery layer. System supports geographic discovery, category filtering, and profile clustering for dense areas.
Core features: MapBox integration with auto-calculated coordinates from location entries, profile clustering creating visual polygons for nearby users rather than overwhelming pin stacks, quick profile creation with low friction, tag interface with curated list plus custom options. Directory will surface healers, organic farms, organic restaurants (organic/farm-to-table/ethically sourced only - 33:00), nonprofits, events, ceremonies, retreats, and sovereignty-related services for each featured location.
Launch strategy: Start with curated US spiritual hubs (Sedona, Mount Shasta, Asheville) with visible roadmap for future towns. Nevada City/Grass Valley being built as baseline dataset first (20:44). Users can propose and vote on which cities get added next. Long-term vision is fully global, organized by bioregion rather than national borders, with regional ambassadors managing each area.
Design direction established: Deep green background with light-on-dark aesthetic confirmed (20:44). Will incorporate more collage elements and Earth imagery as design matures. Profile page template still to be designed.
New directory visualization features: Auto-generated custom banner images for each profile based on user information (56:58), honeycomb/bubble view with auto-generated artwork replacing profile photos for visual cohesion (58:00). Multiple browsing modes without defaulting to boring grid.
Vertical axis (place-based): Who's in my backyard? Local healers, events, builders, projects. Horizontal axis (non-local learning): What wisdom is being generated elsewhere? How do village builders in different regions learn from each other?
Built on Airtable relational database with Webflow front-end and MapBox geographic visualization. Infrastructure already prototyped in parallel platform project. Claude+Airtable integration now operational for automated population of directory entries (29:00).
Complete brand identity and website design for Gaia Warriors platform. Design will embody coherence principles through proportions, colors, and interface choices that create 'a new kind of collective nervous system.' Core design principles established: resonance as primary quality, organic/non-rectangular geometry pushing against screen limitations, nature-inspired architecture (adobe, cob, bamboo, hemp) informing digital aesthetics, real Earth photography rather than AI-generated imagery. Logo symbolism deeply explored: masculine-feminine balance, four elements integration, torchbearer and nurturer archetypes, wings representing integration of both energies.
Visual aesthetic direction now clearly defined: Fine lines over thick/hand-drawn, gold tones and warm earth textures, ombré and tonal variation within single color families (no flat solid colors), elegant precision with organic soul. Spirals emerged as central symbolic anchor - toroidal field, universe as 'one spinningness', ammonite forms. Voronoi patterns (cellular structures) also resonant. Nature textures: reishi mushrooms, wood grain, leaf membranes, coral structures, rippling water, stone arches.
Architectural references: Gaudí's Sagrada Família, Frank Lloyd Wright's organic curvilinear forms balanced with practical structure - metaphor for web design within rectangular browser constraints. Maximal aesthetic with intention - rich soil permaculture frame where people and offerings are the stars. Breaking the grid slightly to make everything feel alive.
Shared Google folder populated with color palettes, logo files, brand references, nature videos, gold frames. Designer Munia being brought in next to begin color palette, typography, and homepage compositions. iStock credits (41 available) to be used for nature-based stock video and photography aligned with established aesthetic.
Document Gem Jam Festival experience in Tucson as first real-world embodiment of Gaia Warriors platform. Film indigenous elder who creates drum circles and sound healings in prisons and psychiatric wards. Act as if platform already exists - be emissary, enroll others, transmit message, observe user experience as first beta tester. Use Osho Pocket camera to create content showing 'Gaia Warriors going into the world.' This embodies manifestation principle of living vision before digital home exists, creating authentic content for launch campaign while testing core concepts in real community context.
Produce and release the primary Gaia Warriors vision video as the anchor piece for the entire launch campaign and ambassador call. Gaia has the channeled message, script, and pieces ready - estimating one week of focused work to complete (19:11). The video will communicate the core philosophy and invitation of Gaia Warriors more powerfully than written content, serving as the emotional and conceptual center that will resonate with the intended network. Video will invite collective participation and frame the platform as a movement rather than a personal project, embodying the shift from 'I' to 'we' language that defines the Gaia Warriors approach (13:05). This piece is critical path for ambassador recruitment and launch momentum.
00:00:01
Gaia Warriors: Hi, James. This meeting is being recorded.
00:00:04
James Redenbaugh: Sorry about that. I got the Zoom working and then I'm still new. I'm becoming a PC person and I'm still new to how PCs work, and it teleported me to a new space and I'm like, how do I get back?
00:00:20
Gaia Warriors: How you doing?
00:00:22
James Redenbaugh: I'm doing pretty well. Super busy week. Getting lots of things done. Yeah. Life is starting to feel more like spring. How are you doing? I love your owl up there. You're on your throne.
00:00:42
Gaia Warriors: Yeah. And the owl is my spirit animal,.
00:00:45
James Redenbaugh: So that makes sense.
00:00:49
Gaia Warriors: Right above my head.
00:00:51
James Redenbaugh: I love.
00:00:51
Gaia Warriors: While I sleep, she protects me. Yeah.
00:01:00
James Redenbaugh: How are you doing?
00:01:02
Gaia Warriors: I'm pretty good. I'm a little tired, but I'm good. James, I had said. I have to tell you this. The payment for this month's going to be a little late, but it will be there soon.
00:01:16
James Redenbaugh: That's okay. No problem.
00:01:18
Gaia Warriors: I am. My car was making this really loud noise and it land up being, like, almost two grand to fix it.
00:01:25
James Redenbaugh: Oh, no. What was wrong with it?
00:01:28
Gaia Warriors: The flywheel. I have a TDI Jetta, and in order to fix it, you had to take out the transmission. And to take out the transmission to put it back in again is, like such a huge job. It's like seven hours each time. So the labor cost was a lot, and. Yeah. And so they just. They fixed that and. But now it's running really good again, so.
00:01:53
James Redenbaugh: Good. Cool.
00:01:54
Gaia Warriors: Yeah, yeah, no problem, you know.
00:01:58
James Redenbaugh: Yeah, I know how it is, for sure.
00:02:02
Gaia Warriors: Cool. Thank you.
00:02:03
James Redenbaugh: I appreciate your flexibility. I wanted to show you these owls. I made these a long time ago.
00:02:12
Gaia Warriors: Oh, this is so cool.
00:02:15
James Redenbaugh: Aren't they fun?
00:02:17
Gaia Warriors: I love that. I love the coloring of it.
00:02:20
James Redenbaugh: They're like.
00:02:22
Gaia Warriors: Like psychedelic owls.
00:02:24
James Redenbaugh: Yeah. I actually made them after a psychedelic experience.
00:02:31
Gaia Warriors: Did you see that in your vision?
00:02:36
James Redenbaugh: Kind of. It's like I saw this. I saw these colors and this mechanism and these layers, and it felt wise and it felt like beings, and it was incredibly intense. These guys seem friendly.
00:02:58
Gaia Warriors: What was the medicine? Mushrooms or actually salvia.
00:03:05
James Redenbaugh: Yeah.
00:03:05
Gaia Warriors: Oh, I've heard. I've heard a lot about that Sellvia stuff.
00:03:09
James Redenbaugh: Yeah. You used to be able to get it at, like, the dirt at the gas station.
00:03:15
Gaia Warriors: Whoa. Really?
00:03:16
James Redenbaugh: Yeah, it was like. I don't. It can't still be that. That way. But it was totally legal and you would just get it at the gas station. And it's an incredible, like, it's a. People didn't realize it's a. A super powerful psychedelic and. And it doesn't really like, to be smoked. Like, the indigenous people didn't smoke it. They would, like, wrap up the leaves and put it in their mouth and have, like, a mellower experience over time. But smoking it gives you, like, a really intense experience. It feels like it lasts an eternity, but it's, like, seconds. I've never done dmt, but it's similar to. Similar to that, I hear.
00:04:02
Gaia Warriors: Oh, wow. Yeah, I've done Chunga.
00:04:07
James Redenbaugh: I don't know what that is.
00:04:10
Gaia Warriors: Changa is. It's, like, a more natural form of dmt.
00:04:14
James Redenbaugh: Oh, cool.
00:04:16
Gaia Warriors: I also did this thing called which is the most strongest form of dmt. It's from the mimosa plant. That was the most intense psychedelic I've ever taken. It was, like, so intense. Like, it just, like, bombards you with all these, like, shapes and colors. And I was just like, ah. And then this voice was like. Was like. Just like. Because I had so much resistance to seeing all of this was just so overwhelming. And then this voice was just, like, surrender. And then I was like, oh, okay. Yeah. But it was like, that kind of, what? This aisle thing and, like, all these, like, moving, twisty, color things. And then there were, like, beings there, and.
00:05:02
James Redenbaugh: Wow.
00:05:02
Gaia Warriors: They were, like, trying to. They were, like, really happy I was there. They were, like, trying to, like, tell, like. I don't know. I think they were, like, giving me codes or something. Yeah. But everybody else was, like, down. I was able to, like, stand up, and I was able to, like, move and dance, and other people were freaking out, and I was able to, like, hold space for them. Like, I wasn't. I was able to, like, handle the journey and not just be, like, completely blasted off, whereas everybody else was, like, in it, you know?
00:05:31
James Redenbaugh: Wow.
00:05:31
Gaia Warriors: Yeah, it was cool.
00:05:33
James Redenbaugh: Cool. Yeah. I didn't expect to be talking about this,.
00:05:41
Gaia Warriors: So that's what I like about our conversations. James.
00:05:44
James Redenbaugh: Yeah, I was just watching Dynamic Podcast. I'll. I'll send you. I think you might like it with this guy. He was, like, a Navy intelligence guy, and now he's, like, a psychological consultant, like, straight edge, serious dude who's gotten into DMT therapy lately.
00:06:11
Gaia Warriors: Wow.
00:06:13
James Redenbaugh: Has a lot of interesting things to say about it, and it's. It's really cool to see it come into more of the mainstream these days and. And be embraced without it being, like, put into a box. Like, he acknowledges more is happening there than will ever understand, and it shows you a perspective that we can't actually hold in waking reality. And it's not about going and understanding the universe because we can't understand the universe. It's bigger than us and it's realer than us.
00:06:54
Gaia Warriors: Oh my God. Yeah.
00:06:57
James Redenbaugh: But it gives us space to expand and dissolve ego constructs and basically live in greater harmony with the, with the cosmos.
00:07:15
Gaia Warriors: Yeah. The most powerful medicine I ever took was bufo. And that's where I felt like completely. That was when I like had a complete ego death and like left my body and just became one with like unity consciousness. And I felt like I was part of the whole universe. It was amazing. That's a, it's crazy because you're out, you're gone into this like outer dimension for like two hours. But it feels like five minutes. I only remember like five minutes. I only remember like little glimpses of it. The rest of it I just don't, I don't even remember.
00:07:50
James Redenbaugh: Huh. That's like the opposite of dmt.
00:07:54
Gaia Warriors: Yeah.
00:07:56
James Redenbaugh: Oh my God.
00:07:56
Gaia Warriors: Yeah, it's a trip. But it's really great because you really like feel what it feels like to be not in this human ego construct. You're like, you're like completely break free and you're like part of everything and you're like, wow, it's really amazing. Yeah.
00:08:14
James Redenbaugh: Yeah.
00:08:14
Gaia Warriors: I think everyone should do bufo.
00:08:17
James Redenbaugh: Interesting.
00:08:18
Gaia Warriors: It's like basically the guy was saying that like before you die you have a bufo experience where you're like, oh my God, it's all love, it's all unity, it's all one and then you die. And then because like he was saying that there was this, this his uncle was like a mean old man, like grumpy. And then just before he died he had this like, oh, it's all love. I love everyone, I love my whole family. I love all you guys. And then died and then. But with bufo, you can have that experience before you die. So you can actually change your life and change how you treat people. And like it's like direct access to source, you know, that you can have now and then incorporate that into your life instead of like having that and then just dying and then can't even. Yeah, you just, it doesn't change your life, you know, because you just die afterwards.
00:09:10
James Redenbaugh: Yeah. Changes your, your death. Yeah. I think everyone in one way or another should experience psychedelics, experience death at least you know, whether it's psychedelic medicine or a vision quest or, or you know, many people have intense experiences anyway either you know, their own near death experience or, or trauma or death of a loved one, like integrating those. Well can do it as well, but we tend to Fear death and create all these stories around it like heaven and hell. And instead of getting intimate with it and going to the edge.
00:10:07
Gaia Warriors: Yeah, that's true. Yeah. And I think everybody needs to have at least a couple ego deaths.
00:10:16
James Redenbaugh: Yeah. Yeah.
00:10:18
Gaia Warriors: That's really what's helped me grow the most, was having ego deaths. But yeah, I agree with you. Because everyone's so scared of death. Instead it's just a portal to another realm, another life.
00:10:37
James Redenbaugh: Yeah. And something big and cool. I. I think about it all the time and I still don't. Still don't know, but I know it's freaking awesome. And I know. I can't wait. No, I can't wait. Because time is so not what we think it is anyway. And when death comes.
00:11:08
Gaia Warriors: Exactly. It's not this linear illusion thing that we're in at all.
00:11:12
James Redenbaugh: Yeah.
00:11:15
Gaia Warriors: So it sure is going fast, whatever is happening.
00:11:18
James Redenbaugh: It is. It is. So, Gaia warriors, how's. How's it going with the. With the content directory? Yeah.
00:11:34
Gaia Warriors: Or in the content in general? I've been doing a lot of. I've been doing editing, so I've got. I've been editing like a lot of my interviews that I've. That I've done so that I can add that to like the library. And then I wanted to go over with you because you showed me once, but I think I need to have a recording of it because I don't remember, but how to incorporate Claude with the airtable. If you could show me that again, please. Because I don't. Because that's, I think, is going to just make. Speed everything up for me. If I can do that.
00:12:10
James Redenbaugh: Yeah, yeah. Cloud can be a big help. I also want to see like, what. What other help I and other people on my team could bring to helping you populate this directory. Been interviewing a new project manager who's really cool. And we also have another person who's worked with us, Lauren, who could be really helpful for helping you research spaces and find the right content to. To put in there, especially things like images and stuff like that. So happy to talk about that and make it like, not all on your shoulders, but make it more collaborative.
00:13:02
Gaia Warriors: Oh, thanks, James. I appreciate that.
00:13:05
James Redenbaugh: Yeah, for sure. Because I want it, you know, it's. It's your vision and your impulse and your community and, you know, I have.
00:13:17
Gaia Warriors: To say the word. Our, James. It's our.
00:13:20
James Redenbaugh: Yes. Okay, I'll say. I mean, actually yours.
00:13:24
Gaia Warriors: Right. Because like, you know, you. I know you remember you met Unity Grace once, but she does the we. She says she says we instead of I for everything. So, like, we got up this morning and we did this and we did that, and so I'm trying to incorporate that and. And because I want Guy warriors to be a our thing, a we thing. Everybody feels like they're, you know, all I am is the person that it came through, but I don't want to have any, like, yeah, claim on it. And my friend, when I first told him about it, he was like, oh, you've got to change it to we and an hour thing. And I was like, oh, my God, you're so right. It's a movement that we are all part of, you know?
00:14:09
James Redenbaugh: Yes.
00:14:10
Gaia Warriors: But I think that that's what. That's what stops so much collaboration is people are so. They're just like, my idea. It's my name, it's my this, it's my that. And like, it's. People can't collaborate that way because it's not. It's just. It feels like people are very. Like they want to own things. And I just. I don't know, it's just. It's just a. It's just a. It's just a reframing. Like, the ego wants to have this validation thing that's going on. And I think that so much collaboration isn't happening because of that. Like, I've tried to collaborate with other people and it's just. It's not worked out. Like, even me and Glow, like, we both have similar visions, but we can't collaborate because she wants her thing to be a certain way and in a name, certain way. And I want it to be a certain way. And I'm like, but we're doing something similar. How can we. It's just. I don't know, it's like a block there.
00:15:12
James Redenbaugh: Yeah.
00:15:14
Gaia Warriors: So I don't know, I'm just going to put us out there and be like, hey, who wants to do this with me? Let's do it together. You know, that's what the call is going to be like for the ambassadors and stuff. Like, let's do this as a we thing. This is ours. Like, I want everyone to have a. A say on, like, how things should run, you know, like a dow, I guess. Like, that's what DS do, right?
00:15:34
James Redenbaugh: Mm. Yeah. Great.
00:15:40
Gaia Warriors: Anyway, that was a long winded.
00:15:42
James Redenbaugh: No, I'm. I'm with you entirely. I mean, this is the conversation I've been in my whole career and the reason I, you know, got into digital design in the first place, I was studying architecture and I saw so Little collaboration happening there where it was most needed. You know, why aren't. Why aren't groups collaborating on the design of the space that they'll inhabit? But architects can have these intense egos and strong ideas and. And they're, like, old, and they're like, I've worked my whole career. You have to listen to me. And you can do some creativity over here on the roofscape or whatever, until you're old and crotchety like me. And it's just like, such bullshit. Meanwhile, I'm studying philosophy and meditation and group consciousness and intersubjectivity and realizing, like, individuals don't exist. Like, it's. It's an illusion. I'm. Yeah, I'm not separate from the substrate that I'm emerging from. And my ideas aren't my own anyway. They're a product of the collective. But our Western world celebrates these. These individuals, which are just like these fruiting bodies of the mushroom coming up out of the soil. The. The whole mushroom is in the soil.
00:17:33
Gaia Warriors: And I feel like, oh, man, mushrooms are so awesome. They're so cool, the way they, like, communicate. Like, I was reading about, like, how the mushrooms, if they come across something that's foreign, they'll, like, reach out to the mushrooms all around the world. Like, how do you deal with this one thing? And then they'll be like, oh, we did a blah, blah, blah, and you can. You can eat it and turn it into blah, blah, blah. And then they'll turn it back and they'll be like, oh, this is how you do the thing. And they, like, workers are one. They. They're. The way that they communicate and work together is how we should do it. Like, we should lead by the ex. They lead by example, you know?
00:18:13
James Redenbaugh: Yes. Yeah. We have so much to learn from them. And, yeah, there's so much. So much more is possible. We're still learning how to do that and the kinds of tools I want to build online. My goal is to facilitate just that, you know, to. To create more pathways for people to connect and share and contribute and collaborate. And it feels like just the beginning with that. There's so much, so much to do, so much to learn.
00:18:54
Gaia Warriors: I know.
00:18:56
James Redenbaugh: So I'm stoked that you're coming from that. That place as well. And that intuition.
00:19:04
Gaia Warriors: Definitely. So why. This is a great collaboration already.
00:19:08
James Redenbaugh: Yay.
00:19:11
Gaia Warriors: Yeah. And I'm just. I'm excited because I feel like once I put it out there, which I think the most important part is the video that I'm going to make that presents what guy or is about. And I'm going to share that to everybody. That I feel is the key thing. That's why I'm not so worried about, like, how, you know, because I wanted to launch at a certain date or whatever. But I'm just like, the video. I can do the video in one week. Like, because I've been planning and writing it out for so long and I have all the pieces already there. I just have to put it together. But that video that I'm going to put out is the thing that I think is going to speak to people's hearts because the channel that it's come through me of, like, how to get, how to reach people, that I think is going to be the main thing. And then I feel like once that goes out and people will respond and then I just want to quit all the other work I'm doing and just do this full time. Because I'm spending such a little time doing this because I'm like hustling to like, get all the money together to like make this a thing, you know. But then once I can quit and do this full time, it's just. It will take off because it's. That's why so many people can't do their projects or do their gifts because they're pulled in so many different directions, you know, so it's, it's getting there. I feel like we're, it's, it's. Yeah, it's on the right path. But I really appreciate the help with the directory. That is so helpful and yeah, I'm so grateful that you even mentioned that. Thank you.
00:20:44
James Redenbaugh: Great. Yeah. And I think this will be helpful as well. Here's a mock up of what the directory could start to look like. Real early stage here. I just pulled in a few profiles as an example.
00:21:10
Gaia Warriors: Oh, cool.
00:21:13
James Redenbaugh: And you know, so we can start to see. This can evolve pretty, pretty fast as well. But we can start to see and imagine what the site wants to look like. It doesn't yet really have graphics or, or much design. I want to bring more of those collage elements and imagery, Earth imagery in here. But already, you know, I'm stoked to start seeing some profiles. You know, we'll want to be able to sort them in different ways. We'll want to be able to search and show. You know, we're looking at Nevada City right now and we don't have a profile page template mocked up yet, but we can look at that soon. And so, yeah, so cool. Awesome. I like the, the deep green background as well. And the light on dark aesthetic.
00:22:20
Gaia Warriors: Yeah. Yeah, me too. Oh, man, this is so good. Yeah. That's why I wanted to ask you about the Claude thing so that I can populate more. More data so I can get. So I want to get at least the full. Full one full town, what that looks like. And then we can then. And then I can just like. Okay, that's the blueprint. Then I can just start, you know, recreating it for the other towns.
00:22:48
James Redenbaugh: Cool. Yeah. Let me show you how to do that.
00:22:55
Gaia Warriors: You know, when you. You know a laptop, when you do control the screen. Would it. Could I. Would it record this part? If you did it?
00:23:04
James Redenbaugh: This is recording and I can share the recording with you.
00:23:08
Gaia Warriors: Okay.
00:23:09
James Redenbaugh: Yeah. And it's. I don't know the timestamp, but it should be easy to find. So first of all, Are you on a paid airtable account? I can't remember.
00:23:41
Gaia Warriors: I have. Yeah, I'm paid. So, yeah, I've paid for it. But it's. It's one of the. It's not. What. It's not. I haven't paid for, like, the biggest tier yet. I think I'm on, like, the first tier.
00:23:55
James Redenbaugh: Mm. I'm just gonna log into Claude and I'll show you on mine how we can do. Okay, so I'm gonna go. I have a new chat here and I'm going to click that plus and go to connectors and already connected to airtable. But you won't be. We can go to manage connections and then you'll hit that plus and go to browse connectors and you can find airtable. Okay, I'm going to disconnect from mine for now and so I can reconnect to yours. And so I'll add a base and we just have that one base. And this. I can decide to always allow or have it ask for approval. And I'm just going to have it always allow on reading and on writing, slash deleting. I'll have IT ask for approval just to kind of confirm things. And then I think that that should be live. And I'll go back to Jimbo. Yeah, it calls me Jimbo. I'll go back to this chat and I can see that connection there. Just turn off these other ones for now and I'll say, hi, there you see my air table base and describe what's in there.
00:26:56
Gaia Warriors: It.
00:27:39
James Redenbaugh: Great. So it is seeing what's in there and describing it for me. And then I can ask it to do specific things. So I can say. In the profile. Table, can you Find the healers in Nevada City and do a web search to find their websites, if they have them. So. Right. Thanks.
00:29:02
Gaia Warriors: Oh my God. And it'll even put it in the field for you. That is so awesome.
00:29:08
James Redenbaugh: We'll see. We'll see. I hope. So. It's giving me a warning that.
00:29:57
Gaia Warriors: Oh, because they don't have the last names.
00:30:03
James Redenbaugh: And. So maybe.
00:30:10
Gaia Warriors: Maybe because this part I have that info. Maybe as a. Because I haven't filled. I was going to fill in the name. Maybe. Could you show me an example, like, what I would do for like a new town?
00:30:29
James Redenbaugh: Thank you. One sec. I just want to see if this will work. So I'm just going to have it do like five as a test.
00:30:34
Gaia Warriors: Okay.
00:31:04
James Redenbaugh: Okay. So it found Kelly, it found Jennifer. It's not finding Aaron. It found April.
00:31:20
Gaia Warriors: Oh, cool. Awesome.
00:31:27
James Redenbaugh: Then let's see if it puts them in there. Huh?
00:31:53
Gaia Warriors: That is fancy right there, James.
00:31:56
James Redenbaugh: Cool. So yeah, that's helpful. And you could ask similar things for their Instagram and. And address and stuff like that. And then let's say. So we could have it focus on a new town. But I'm curious if we could have it find more restaurants.
00:32:27
Gaia Warriors: Right? Yeah, that's a good. That's a good way to start. Okay, so the restaurants. I only want to list the restaurants that are either organic, farm to table. You know, ones that are like. Yeah, like they're ethically sourced. How did you. Why did you think limiting to 4?
00:34:00
James Redenbaugh: Just as a test, so it doesn't take too long.
00:34:03
Gaia Warriors: Okay,.
00:34:19
James Redenbaugh: So it's seeing that there is a restaurant category.
00:34:23
Gaia Warriors: So that'll be good when I start like a new town. To make sure I at least put all the headings right. Like all the profile categories.
00:34:31
James Redenbaugh: Well, we already have. All the profile categories exist independent of the towns. So if you want it to start a new town and. And find things in all the categories, you can just tell it that.
00:34:51
Gaia Warriors: Okay. Okay. So. Okay. Right. So I'll say the profile categories are already listed. Can you please find it for the specific town?
00:35:14
James Redenbaugh: Heartwood Eatery.
00:35:16
Gaia Warriors: Yeah, Heartwood's awesome. Food and Juice.
00:35:19
James Redenbaugh: Petra. Modern, Mediterranean.
00:35:23
Gaia Warriors: I've never even heard of the river downtown. I eat at Heartwood and Food and Juice all the time.
00:35:36
James Redenbaugh: Oh, cool.
00:35:40
Gaia Warriors: I've been to Petra once only. That's cool.
00:35:45
James Redenbaugh: Yeah. So you can ask it whatever you want. You know, it helps to be specific, but it's smart. It can figure things out. And let's see what it does here. Cool. So it's added these four. It included their address, their website Their Instagram and it made a description for each one. Let's have a look here. Slow food. Local farms and bringing community get together one meal at a time. A farm to fork eatery serving salads, grain bowls, toast, espresso and tea by day with the adjacent annex serving nourishing broths and noodle bar by night. Cute.
00:37:06
Gaia Warriors: Wow. It's pretty good. Could not have written a better description myself.
00:37:12
James Redenbaugh: Awesome.
00:37:14
Gaia Warriors: Yay. Thank God for AI right now. Yeah, it's gonna make this so much easier.
00:37:23
James Redenbaugh: And one thing it's not great at is finding images.
00:37:28
Gaia Warriors: Yeah.
00:37:31
James Redenbaugh: And so I would just do that manually, but having the, having the links and everything right there makes it a lot easier.
00:37:38
Gaia Warriors: Yeah. And so for the images, were we just taking photos of like the logo? Right. Or.
00:37:47
James Redenbaugh: Yep, screenshots of the logo and then. A banner image. So the profile image could be the logo and then a banner. I wonder if. So they don't have a lot of great pictures on their website, but if I go to Google Maps. Oh, it's going to give me directions from where I'm at. That's very helpful.
00:38:33
Gaia Warriors: That'd be a 40 hour drive. I mean, you should do that.
00:38:36
James Redenbaugh: I'm on the way. I'll be hungry.
00:38:40
Gaia Warriors: Yeah.
00:38:43
James Redenbaugh: On this, look up Heartwood eatery in here. I'm likely going to find some better pictures. So this would be a great. Banner image. I'm going to screenshot that like this and I'll pop it in here, Paste that.
00:39:13
Gaia Warriors: Wow, you're so fast.
00:39:18
James Redenbaugh: And the logo can be like this.
00:39:25
Gaia Warriors: It looked like they had a different logo at. On Instagram, like a round thing there.
00:39:32
James Redenbaugh: Oh, yeah, We could go with that one. Cool.
00:39:53
Gaia Warriors: That is neat.
00:39:57
James Redenbaugh: Yay.
00:39:59
Gaia Warriors: Wow. Amazing.
00:40:03
James Redenbaugh: Sure. So, yeah, hopefully that's helpful.
00:40:08
Gaia Warriors: Yes. That's going to change it from taking 10 hours to one or something.
00:40:14
James Redenbaugh: Awesome.
00:40:17
Gaia Warriors: Thank you so much. Yeah. Send me this. I mean, I think I got it, but yeah, if I have the recording then I can look back if I get stuck.
00:40:25
James Redenbaugh: Sure. Yep. And you can also just ask Claude to help you.
00:40:30
Gaia Warriors: All right. Yeah, that is true. Claude. How do I do that? That's like the only time I've ever used AI is to ask for technical questions.
00:40:45
James Redenbaugh: Yeah, it's. It's pretty great. It's this perfect use case for Claude. So we'll get these populated. We'll keep working on the prototype and see things coming into. Coming into place.
00:41:10
Gaia Warriors: Cool. Yeah, yeah. I'll try and have the whole of Navarre now that I know how to do that Claude thing. I'll have by the next time we meet, I want to have. I'll have Nevada City completely done. It's like a town.
00:41:24
James Redenbaugh: Great. Cool. Yeah, sounds good. Okie dokie.
00:41:33
Gaia Warriors: Cool. Thanks, James.
00:41:35
James Redenbaugh: No problem. I will talk to you soon. Good luck with this.
00:41:39
Gaia Warriors: Yeah, thank you. Blessings. Have a beautiful weekend.
00:41:43
James Redenbaugh: You too. Ciao.
00:41:45
Gaia Warriors: Bye.
