The Flourish Project stands at a pivotal moment. After six years of quietly developing resources used in over 30 countries, you're ready to open the Flourish Commons to the world. The current flourishproject.net website, while functional, doesn't fully capture the transformative potential of your work or effectively communicate the beauty and depth of Ecosystemic Flourishing. Visitors arrive seeking understanding but encounter a traditional, text-heavy structure that compartmentalizes what should feel interconnected and alive.

Our name—IRIS—stands for Intuitive, Relational, and Intersubjective. Like you, we believe the greatest transformations emerge not from individual efforts but from the spaces between—between people, communities, and all of life. We specialize in serving the "we" dimension of human potential.
Our process mirrors your mission: we don't just build websites; we cultivate digital ecosystems where flourishing naturally emerges. Through collaborative visioning, we'll discover the unique visual languages, interaction patterns, and energetic qualities that authentically represent The Flourish Project.
We understand that "mind exists in conversation" and that this project "needs to be co-shaped." You'll be an active creative partner throughout, helping us translate the essence of flourishing into digital form.
A full design and development process ideally takes place over 8–12 weeks. We can establish a clear timeline based on your needs and work rhythmically through our four-stage collaborative process.
We believe the most effective designs emerge from genuine collaboration. By combining our individual expertise at the right moments and embracing a shared creative process, we can produce a result that resonates with everyone involved and achieve all our design goals. My role is to integrate our collective skillsets and guide the project so that it stays focused, efficient, and true to our overall vision.

We'll start with 1-2 extended Creative Visioning Sessions (90 minutes to 2 hours each) where we dive deep into the essence of The Flourish Project.
In this stage we'll explore:
- The energetic signature of Ecosystemic Flourishing
- Visual metaphors for the seven universal needs
- How interconnection and relationship can be expressed through design
- The feeling you want visitors to have when they discover the Commons
- Color palettes, imagery styles, and interaction principles that embody your vision
These sessions will create shared artifacts that guide every creative decision moving forward.
Through 1-2 Content & Structure Sessions, we'll organize your extensive resources into a coherent, explorable framework.
Together, we will focus on:
- Mapping the current site's 15+ pages into a more intuitive structure
- Designing the Flourish Commons as a living library
- Creating clear pathways for different audiences (educators, policymakers, families)
- Organizing your handbooks, frameworks, and resources for easy discovery
- Structuring content to support the gift economy model
Our design team will translate everything into stunning visual experiences that make flourishing tangible
In this stage we will co-create:
- Interactive Flourish Model visualization
- Commons interface that feels generous and alive
- Responsive design that works beautifully on all devices
- Visual storytelling that makes complex concepts accessible
- Design review sessions for your feedback and refinement
Using Webflow, we'll build a living, breathing digital space:
This stage includes:
- Full website development with modern, fast infrastructure
- Content management system for easy updates
- Training on managing your new site
- Final review and launch preparation
- Knowledge transfer and ongoing support resources
Once we finish development, we'll have a final development review and make any final adjustments that we need to before pushing live on your domain. We'll share a doc where you can easily record any last requests and fixes you'd like us to make to the site before we launch. We make sure you have everything you need to use your new site, and we'll share with you whatever brand and social media assets we've created for you in this process. Your site is now ready to share with the world, and we'll also share it with our network.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit to begin, 25% upon design approval, 25% at launch. We can adjust scope at any time if additional support is needed.
Establishing the Digital Ecosystem
Our foundational package provides everything needed for a beautiful, functional website that honors your vision while creating space for growth. This streamlined plan provides the scaffolding for getting a professional, inspiring website online with speed and precision. This package offers an abbreviated vision and story parts of the Iris co-creative process, with a smaller design and development budget. Best if you want to launch quickly and will have more space to evolve down the line.
