Hi Aterah,
It was wonderful meeting with you last week and starting to learn about the Osher Center for Integrative Health. It sounds like a wonderful organization. We would love for Iris to help this organization develop a more user-friendly, attractive, and useful digital presence.
This website, oshercenter.org, was created almost 10 years ago. Technologies have evolved considerably in this time. This proposal describes a process we'd lead you on to completely re-design and re-build this website using more advanced and easier to manage tools and systems.
Excitedly,
James and Team

Osher Center for Integrative Health
The Osher Center for Integrative Medicine offers a blend of conventional and complementary therapies to help people take charge of their health through education, research, and clinical care. Right now, their website doesn't fully capture the range of what they offer, and this limits its ability to reach the people who need these resources most.
A thoughtfully designed website can solve this by clearly and simply presenting the Center's programs, research, and mission. Our goal is to create a site that's easy to navigate, welcoming to all visitors, and aligned with the Osher Center's commitment to holistic well-being.
This project isn't just about upgrading a website—it's about supporting a community that values integrative health. By working closely together and following a solid plan, we can create an online space that truly reflects the Osher Center's spirit and purpose, and helps more people find the care they need.
Our design phase can unfold over 8–12 weeks, and we'll collaborate to set a clear deadline and work backward from there. A launch date by the end of June is well within reach, and we can move faster if needed.
We'll review your materials in Figma and refine your vision through Creative Visioning Sessions (1.5-2 hrs). Together, we'll shape a clear brand identity with professional guidelines. Key insights will then guide our development strategy.
In Stage Two, we'll refine and structure your content through Content & Structure Sessions where we'll organize all moving pieces into a cohesive structure document, clarifying what belongs on the site and ensuring alignment with your goals.
With vision, structure, and content ready, our web designers join to focus on visual creative process. Designers will review materials and develop beautiful concepts in Illustrator and Figma, with James serving as creative director.
Once design is about 90% complete, we move to development, finalizing details in WebFlow where we can test responsiveness and add dynamic elements like animations. Our developer translates the Figma design into a polished WebFlow website.
Once we finish development, we'll have a 'final development review' and make any final adjustments before going live on your domain. We'll share a doc where you can easily record any last requests and fixes for the site before launch. We make sure you have everything needed to use your new site, and share brand and social media assets created during this process.
Below are four proposed cost options for designing and building the Osher Center's new website.
In this most streamlined package, we focus on a lean development process, minimal brand enhancements, and a simpler approach to animations and node-based UI.
Includes 1 Creative Visioning Workshop, light content facilitation, sitemap/content document, basic style guide creation, limited Node-Based UI via embedded Kumu map, one design review, one development review, and more.
At this level, we provide a stronger brand refresh, moderate custom animations, and the option for a lightly customized node-based interface—along with more design and development reviews.
Includes 1–2 Creative Visioning Workshops, moderate content facilitation, expanded style guide, 2 design reviews, 1 development review, up to 6–8 unique page designs + templates, and more.
This top-tier Webflow option includes a comprehensive brand overhaul, richer animations, and a fully custom-coded node-based UI if you want maximum interactivity.
Includes 2+ Creative Visioning Workshops, robust content facilitation, full brand development package, multiple design and development reviews, and more.
If WordPress is preferred, this option supports large amounts of content and offers a familiar CMS. However, achieving the same dynamic effects you get in Webflow often requires heavier development.
Includes equivalent brand, content, and strategy sessions to Option 3, custom theme development, multiple reviews, and basic to moderate animations via compatible plugins.
