This proposal outlines a comprehensive development plan for the Holomovement's digital platform, designed to launch before The Wave event in May 2026. The platform will serve as the living network that transforms high-energy in-person gatherings into sustained community action, collaboration, and impact.
The development approach leverages modern, modular tools (Webflow, n8n, Airtable, Claude AI) that dramatically reduce costs while maintaining flexibility. This enables rapid iteration based on community feedback, full data ownership, and the ability to evolve the platform as the movement grows.
Individual Discovery → Connection → Collaboration → Action → Funding
This throughline guides all development priorities. Assessments serve as entry points, matching algorithms create meaningful connections, collaboration tools support holon formation, and micro-grants culminate the journey from inspiration to funded action.
These foundational systems establish the core infrastructure for user identity, engagement, and learning pathways. They create the entry points that begin each user's journey through the Holomovement ecosystem.
With foundation in place, Phase 2 builds the discovery and matching infrastructure that transforms individual profiles into meaningful connections. These systems answer the question: "Who are my people in this movement?"
Phase 3 builds the infrastructure for sustained collaboration—video spaces for real-time connection, project management for coordinated action, and time-aware systems that respect the rhythms of distributed teams.
The final phase before The Wave focuses on visual enhancement, relationship management infrastructure, and comprehensive testing. These systems elevate the platform from functional to beautiful and sustainable.

Contact management, interaction history, pipeline tracking, and segmentation. Integrates with all communication tools.
Traditional CRMs are built for sales cycles and lead scoring. The systems we create are designed for relationship building and long-term community stewardship. After years of working with organizations focused on consciousness and transformation, we've developed templates that track what actually matters—meaningful interactions, shared interests, contribution history, and the organic evolution of relationships over time.
Each implementation starts with a battle-tested Airtable architecture and gets customized to match how your organization actually works. We build in automations that keeps records updated without manual data entry, the views that help your team see patterns and opportunities, and the integration points that connect your CRM to everything else in your ecosystem. The Webflow interfaces we create give you client-facing portals that feel like natural extensions of your brand, not generic database views.
Contact management, interaction history, pipeline tracking, and segmentation. Integrates with all communication tools.
Strategic Priority: LOWER — Relationship stewardship, not sales pipelines
Traditional CRMs optimize for sales cycles. The Holomovement needs relationship stewardship infrastructure that tracks meaningful interactions, shared interests, contribution history, and the organic evolution of relationships over time. This becomes the backend intelligence supporting donor relationships, partner management, and community health metrics.
Dependencies: Collaboration Management Tools (activity data)

Multi-dimensional questionnaires, profile generation, AI-powered insights, and visual result displays. Supports various frameworks.
Most assessment tools give you a score and leave you wondering what it means. The systems we build are designed to create insight, direction, and action. They're entry points into deeper self-understanding and community connection. We are developing frameworks that make complex frameworks accessible without oversimplifying them.
Our assessment implementations combine thoughtful question design, dynamic flows that adapt based on responses, AI-powered interpretation that finds patterns across multiple dimensions, and visual result displays that make abstract concepts tangible. We've built these for numerology, integral development frameworks, leadership styles, and various consciousness models. The technical architecture—Webflow forms, n8n processing, Claude analysis, Airtable storage, and custom JS visualization—creates experiences that feel more like conversations than questionnaires, with results that become starting points for community engagement rather than end points.
Multi-dimensional questionnaires, profile generation, AI-powered insights, and visual result displays. Supports various frameworks.
Strategic Priority: CRITICAL — The primary entry point for new community members
Assessments transform the abstract question "Who am I in relation to this movement?" into tangible, beautiful, actionable insight. They serve as lead magnets that create immediate value while gathering the data needed for meaningful matching and community formation. Unlike generic personality tests, these assessments draw from frameworks aligned with consciousness evolution: numerology, developmental stages, purpose archetypes, and integral models.
For Wave attendees, assessments completed beforehand enable pre-event buddy matching, cohort formation, and breakout group optimization. Assessment results become visible on synergist profiles and the community map, creating multiple discovery pathways.
Note: Numerology assessment prototype already functional. Additional frameworks (Gene Keys, purpose archetypes) can be added incrementally.
Dependencies: Communication Automations (for email delivery), Directory Systems (for profile display)

Multi-tier access control, subscription management, secure authentication, and role-based permissions. Client owns all member data.
The membership platform we're building now allow us to create authenticated user pathways through fully customizable content architectures. After working with consciousness communities for years, we've learned that access control needs to be nuanced, honoring both the need for open exploration and the value of committed spaces. Our systems let organizations create graduated pathways where members naturally move deeper as their relationship with the community evolves.
What makes these implementations different is full data ownership and the flexibility to evolve your model over time. We're building a role-based systems that can handle everything from simple member/non-member distinctions to complex hierarchies involving course completion, contribution levels, and time-based access. The technical stack—Webflow, Airtable, n8n, and custom JavaScript—gives you enterprise-grade security and functionality without the enterprise price tag or lock-in.
Multi-tier access control, subscription management, secure authentication, and role-based permissions. Client owns all member data.
Strategic Priority: CRITICAL — The gateway to the entire ecosystem
The membership system defines who has access to what, when, and why. For the Holomovement, this it's not just about paywalls—it's about honoring graduated pathways where members naturally move deeper as their relationship with the community evolves. It supports the "Engine for Good" regenerative model where small donations from activated community members create sustainable impact.
Critical distinction: The Holomovement owns all member data. No platform lock-in. Full sovereignty over community relationships.
Dependencies: Directory Systems (for profile management), Online Learning Platforms (for course-gated access)

Email sequences, SMS notifications, newsletter automation, and personalized outreach triggered by user behavior.
Communication at scale usually means losing the human touch. We're developing automation systems that do the opposite. They create space for more meaningful connection by handling the repetitive work intelligently. These aren't marketing funnels; they're systems that respond to actual human behavior and needs, sending the right message at the right time based on what someone is actually doing in your ecosystem.
Our approach combines behavioral triggers, contextual awareness, and AI-powered personalization to create communication that feels intentional rather than automated. The n8n workflows we create can integrate with virtually any communication tool while maintaining your data in Airtable or another CRM system.
Email sequences, SMS notifications, newsletter automation, and personalized outreach triggered by user behavior.
Strategic Priority: HIGH — The nervous system connecting all touchpoints
Communication at scale usually means losing the human touch. These automations do the opposite—they create space for more meaningful connection by handling repetitive work intelligently. The right message reaches the right person at the right time based on their actual behavior and journey stage. For The Wave, this means seamless pre-event nurturing, real-time event communications, and sustained post-event engagement.
Dependencies: None (foundational system)

Self-paced courses, video content, progress tracking, quizzes, and certifications. Supports live sessions and recorded content with drip scheduling.
Most learning platforms force you into rigid structures inspired by out-dated education models. We want to re-think how learning can happen. Through self-paced exploration, community engagement, and the right content at the right time we're striving to co-engineer transformative learning journeys that respond to the needs the learners. Our implementations go beyond simple course delivery to create spaces where learning becomes part of a co-creative, transformational experience.
The new architecture we're developing uses Webflow for the member-facing experience, Airtable as the intelligent backend managing content relationships and user progress, and n8n to orchestrate the complex timing and notification systems that keep learners engaged without overwhelming them.
Self-paced courses, video content, progress tracking, quizzes, and certifications. Supports live sessions and recorded content with drip scheduling.
Strategic Priority: Medium — The pathway from discovery to leadership
The Holomovement Course, Purpose Lab, and Choose Love Movement are transformation engines. The learning platform creates structured pathways where discovery becomes development becomes leadership. Behind the membership paywall, these become evergreen offerings that deepen commitment while generating sustainable revenue.
Dependencies: None (foundational system)

Searchable member/resource directories with filters, map integration, profile cards, and geographic visualization.
A directory is only as good as people's ability to find who they're actually looking for. We build searchable systems that go beyond basic filters to help people discover connections, opportunities, and resources through multiple lenses.
Our directory implementations represent sophisticated approaches to making large networks navigable. We integrate map-based discovery using MapBox for geographic exploration, faceted filtering that lets people combine multiple criteria, profile cards that tell rich stories without overwhelming, and the backend infrastructure that keeps everything synchronized between Airtable and Webflow through Whalesync. The custom adaptations we develop adds interactive features that make exploration intuitive—real-time filtering, dynamic map clustering, and smooth transitions between different views of the same community.
Searchable member/resource directories with filters, map integration, profile cards, and geographic visualization.
Strategic Priority: CRITICAL — The map of the living network
The existing community map is already serving as foundation. The enhanced directory transforms this from a static listing into a dynamic discovery experience. For The Wave, attendees can explore who's coming, find people nearby, discover shared interests, and begin relationships before the event. Post-event, it becomes the primary interface for maintaining and growing connections.
Dependencies: Community Facilitation Tools (for holon display)

AI-powered compatibility scoring using assessment data, interests, skills, and location to connect community members.
Meaningful connections don't happen by chance, but it also can't be forced through simplistic compatibility formulas. We've spent considerable time developing matching systems that use AI to understand the multidimensional nature of human compatibility. To create something for your commuinty we'll look together at developmental stages, interests, skills, value-sets, geographic proximity, worldviews and the more subtle patterns that make collaboration actually work. We can even integrate more estoeric systems like astrology, Human Design, numerology, and enneagram.
Our matching algorithms for the Holomovement platform represent years of refinement in understanding how to algorithmically support community formation. These systems take assessment data, contribution history, stated interests, and even communication patterns to generate compatibility scores that help people find their natural collaborators and support networks. The implementation uses Claude for the sophisticated analysis, n8n for the workflow orchestration, Airtable for the relationship mapping, and custom JavaScript for the interactive matching interfaces. We're not trying to replace human judgment—we're augmenting it with tools that surface possibilities people might never discover on their own.
AI-powered compatibility scoring using assessment data, interests, skills, and location to connect community members.
Strategic Priority: CRITICAL — AI-powered serendipity at scale
The matching system doesn't replace human judgment—it enhances and accelerates it with tools that surface possibilities people might never discover on their own. For Wave attendees, the system recommends 4-6 aligned individuals based on purpose, worldview, development stage, skills, and timezone. These become immediate connection starting points.
Dependencies: Assessment Systems (input data), Directory Systems (display), Communication Automations (delivery)

Resource Libraries, forums, discussion spaces, group management, event coordination, and moderation tools for engaged communities.
Simple forums are yesterday's technology, we're here to build tools to help groups self-organize, share knowledge, and grow their culture over time. We develop resource libraries that become living knowledge bases, discussion spaces that encourage depth over speed, event coordination systems that respect time and attention, and moderation tools that support community stewards without infinite admin loops.
The systems we're building using Webflow, Airtable, n8n, and custom JavaScript create spaces where community members can focus on connection and contribution rather than fighting with the platform. We've developed workflows for everything from resource submission and curation to event registration with automated reminders to simple but effective content moderation. When communities need AI support—for summarizing discussions, suggesting relevant resources, or helping new members orient—we integrate AI agents in ways that enhance rather than replace human facilitation.
Resource Libraries, forums, discussion spaces, group management, event coordination, and moderation tools for engaged communities.
Strategic Priority: HIGH — Where holons come to life
Holons are the heart of the Holomovement—purpose-aligned groups that form organically and receive support from the ecosystem. These tools help groups self-organize, share knowledge, and grow their culture over time. Wave events spawn holons that need a home platform to coordinate and amplify their work. The "mycelium network" vision becomes real infrastructure.
Dependencies: None (foundational for Phase 3)

Custom-branded video rooms, themed environments, persistent lounges, and webinar support with recording.
Standard video platforms are convenient for meetings but are unideal for experiences of gathering and presence. We are developing custom video environments using Daily.co's infrastructure that feel like extensions of your brand and community culture. These aren't Zoom rooms with your logo—they're themed spaces, persistent lounges, and webinar environments designed to support the specific ways your community comes together.
Our implementations include pre-call pages that set context and intention, post-call experiences that extend the conversation, recording workflows that automatically process and archive sessions, and integration with your broader platform so video becomes part of a seamless member experience. We've built everything from simple drop-in spaces to sophisticated multi-room environments with programmatic room creation and dynamic access control. The custom JavaScript we develop adds features like participant lists with community profile integration, chat that persists to your database, and smooth handoffs between video conversations and other platform features.
Custom-branded video rooms, themed environments, persistent lounges, and webinar support with recording.
Strategic Priority: HIGH — Custom spaces that capture the movement's essence
Standard video platforms are convenient but generic. These custom environments using Daily.co become extensions of the Holomovement's brand and culture—themed spaces, persistent lounges, and webinar environments designed for the specific ways the community gathers. For The Wave, this means beautiful virtual rooms that feel continuous with the in-person experience, not separate from it.
Dependencies: Membership System (access control), Community Tools (room assignments)

Project tracking, task assignment, team coordination, resource allocation, and progress dashboards.
Project management software is usually built for tracking lists of tasks and endless documents. The collaboration systems we're endeavoring to create are designed for creative flow, artistic integrity, collaborative energy, and distributed coordination. Maintaining the human context that makes collaboration actually work is critical. This means systems that are as beautiful as they are accessible. The best tool is the one that gets used so we're committed to making tools that work for us rather than force us up steep learning curves and administrative cycles. After building these systems for our own studio we're starting to adapt these tools for others
These implementations use Airtable as the source of truth, Whalesync and n8n for workflow automation, and custom Webflow interfaces that present project information in ways that make sense for different audiences—internal team views, client portals, public project pages. The system we've refined over years includes time tracking that doesn't feel like surveillance, resource allocation that respects people's actual capacity, progress visualization that shows momentum without creating arbitrary pressure, and communication integration that keeps relevant context attached to the work. Together, let's build living systems that teams actually want to use.
Project tracking, task assignment, team coordination, resource allocation, and progress dashboards.
Strategic Priority: MEDIUM — Project coordination that respects creative flow
Standard project management software tracks tasks and documents. These tools are designed for creative flow, artistic integrity, and distributed coordination while maintaining human context. For holons and project teams, the system visualizes work over time (not just in feeds), respects people's actual capacity, and keeps relevant context attached to the work.
Dependencies: None (standalone system)

Calendar integration, scheduling automation, timezone handling, availability management, and time-based triggers.
Time is often the missing dimension in digital systems—everything flattens into the present. We're building tools and systems that help us to better exist in, and co-create in time. There's a lot of room for innovation when it comes to how we represent time online. We're actively engaged in creative challenges to work with time in new ways. Visualizing action over time, creating dynamic, alive, responsive timelines for projects and engagements, rhythmic automations, solar and lunar calendar systems, astrological models, temporal canvasing tools. We are committed to innovating the ways we collaborate, looking at time in new ways is integral to this innovation.
Our implementations handle everything from sophisticated scheduling that accounts for multiple timezones and availability patterns to drip content that releases based on user-specific timelines to reminder systems that adapt their frequency based on engagement to time-based access control that opens and closes features according to program schedules. We've built these using n8n for workflow orchestration, Airtable for state management, and custom JavaScript for interface elements, with integration points for calendar systems and databases.
Calendar integration, scheduling automation, timezone handling, availability management, and time-based triggers.
Strategic Priority: MEDIUM — Honoring the dimension that flattens online
Time is often the missing dimension in digital systems—everything flattens into the present. For a global movement spanning timezones, building momentum in time, over days, months and years, time-aware tools become essential. This includes sophisticated scheduling across timezones, drip content that releases on user-specific timelines, reminder systems that adapt to engagement patterns, and time-based visualizations of actions and engagement.
Dependencies: Community Facilitation Tools (event scheduling)

Sacred geometry visualizations, data-driven graphics, interactive geometric interfaces, and generative design elements.
James' work in parametric design spans 18 years of exploring how geometric principles can create interfaces that are simultaneously beautiful, functional, and conceptually resonant. Using Grasshopper for the core geometric logic, we've developed a means translating simple inputs or complex data into visual forms based on mathematical relationships and sacred proportions. We can now convert Grasshopper nodes into interactive JavaScript visualizations in Webflow that let users explore information through dynamic interactions and manipulations. This means we are creating ways of experiencing data as spatial and dynamic rather than static and numeric.
Sacred geometry visualizations, data-driven graphics, interactive geometric interfaces, and generative design elements.
Strategic Priority: MEDIUM — Sacred geometry made interactive
The Holomovement logo itself encodes the architecture: center as dining hall, radiating circles as autonomous holons, the whole as interconnected consciousness. These geometric interfaces make that vision tangible. Data becomes spatial and dynamic rather than static and numeric. Users experience information through sacred proportions and mathematical relationships that resonate at deeper levels.
