Important! Canon cannot be held responsible for equipment that is damaged in shipping. Therefore, we strongly advise that you follow these instructions carefully. Please note: Warranty Exclusions described in product warranty statement may apply.
 
Include this form in Box
  1. Secure your product carefully in a sturdy cardboard box with suitable packing material to ensure proper protection during shipping.
  2. Place the included Canon Evaluation Request Form inside the box. Please be sure to include a brief description of the problem you are experiencing with your product. Please feel free to included relevant documentation, such as media, receipts, etc.
  3. If you are re-using a box please remove all existing shipping labels from exterior, especially Hazardous materials labels.
  4. Affix the newly printing shipping label to the outside of the sealed box using clear packing tape. Please be careful not to cover the Block part of the printed information.
  5. When shipping Lithium Ion batteries, please insert the battery in your product if possible or place a battery cover or tape over the contacts. You must follow the following guidelines when shipping lithium ion batteries. UPS Shipping lithium batteries.
