Our Action Process guides every initiative through 6 natural stages—from the initial spark of an idea, through planning and coordination, into active creation, and finally to completion and integration. As you'll see below, each scale is designed not just around capacity, but around the depth of creative partnership and strategic support we can provide. Your journey might begin at one scale and evolve to another as your needs change – our framework is built to grow as you grow and adapt to changing circumstance. Each scale allows for a different frequency of communication, rhythm of support, and number of team members that we can bring in at once.

Our smallest engagement scale meant for periodic support and light maintenance/site improvements. Seed is a good option if you want to stay connected to support and advisory when you don't have a need for active creative development.

At Rhythm scale we're meeting every other week and steadily advancing your design or development project. Rhythm is good for steady progress, staying ahead of the curve, or slowly growing a digital offering.

Prism is the recommend engagement scale for new clients getting to know our services. At Prism we'll meet with you once a week and the team will make design and/or development strides between meetings. It's a good pace for launching a beautiful website in 3-4 months, developing a brand identity in 1-2 months, or a pitch deck in a month.

- Priorty support and foucsed attention
- Communication responses within 48 hours max

Flow scale enables more complex and sophisticated development projects. Wether you require an advanced integration, a comprehensive digital ecosystem, or a quick turn around on a design asset, Flow is the scale for you. We can either meet with you multiple times per week, or focus our efforts internally to deliver big results fast.
